I finally have been able to stop smoking after all these years. Been smoking for 30 years and kinda gave up hope. Then this came along. The way it’s set up is that you can work at you own pace. It’s been hard trying to quit by myself. Tried cold turkey, only to start again. Didn’t want to use Chantix as the side effects scare me. Patches are useless too as these are filled with nicotine. Then I found this on Facebook. Jee, who would have thought that I could quit by listening to an audio track. And then I did!!

I wasn’t quite sure what ‘self-hypnosis’ was, but it turns out to be this great audio that you play every day and that works in some mysterious way to bring about change in the way you do things. Like it programs this new way in your thinking. I just started to stop wanting a cigarette and doing healthier stuff. It seems to be designed to shift something within. It did for me anyhow.
I recommend this to all smokers. I guess it would even help with other kind of addictions. It’s well set up. It’s clear this guy knows what he’s doing. The classes are organized step-by-step and teach you things you haven’t really been aware of. He helps you change old habits. Well done.
